Issuer: Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited. Notice is given for the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders to be held on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 12:00 noon at Avari Hotel, Mall Road, Lahore.

• Share transfer books will remain closed from June 16, 2026 to June 29, 2026 (both days inclusive). Share transfer requests should be received at the Company’s Share Registrar: M/s Hameed Majeed Associates (Private) Limited, H.M House, 7-Bank Square, Lahore by the close of business on June 15, 2026.
• All shareholders entitled to attend, speak and vote at the AGM may appoint another member as proxy. Proxy instruments must be received at the Registered Office or Share Registrar at least 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
• Beneficial owners holding securities in CDC accounts must follow the CDC rules for attending and voting, including providing CNIC or passport copy and CDC account details where required.
• Members holding 10% or more shareholding and those residing outside Lahore may request facility to participate via video conference if available; requests should be made sufficiently in advance as per company procedure.
• Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, along with reports, are available on the Company’s website: https://www.honda.com.pk/InvestorRelations. Copies will also be provided to members on request where applicable.
