Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan (IFMP) invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at its head office in Karachi. The role requires a dynamic senior executive with strong experience in financial markets, institution building and programme delivery.

| Minimum Qualifications | Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution; membership of a recognized professional accounting body also listed as acceptable. |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years' senior management experience, preferably within a professional or financial institution. Experience as a Chief Executive or at senior management level in commercially-oriented organisations. Demonstrable understanding of financial markets, skills development and certification programmes, and exposure to evolving market practices. Practical knowledge of designing and implementing donor-funded projects (TORs, consultant selection, donor reporting) required. Experience leveraging technology and digital platforms for certification, training or assessment is preferred. |
| Eligibility | Must meet fit-and-proper criteria as prescribed under the Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines, 2015. |
| Age | Maximum 54 years at time of applying (as stated). |
