Government of Pakistan — Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), PCSIR Labs Complex, Ferozepur Road, Lahore invites applications for contract posts for the project: "Cultivation & Processing of Medicinal & Industrial Cannabis on Experimental Fields and Establishment of Testing and Product Development Facilities (PCSIR & Arid Agriculture University)".

| Technician (Textile/Fiber) | 01 | BSc/BS (relevant textile/fiber discipline). Preferably 2–3 years' experience in textile machinery, fiber processing, spinning and industrial production systems. | Work on hemp/cannabis fiber extraction and processing; practical experience in fiber extraction, spinning and design/development of fiber-extraction machinery preferred. |
Terms & Application Requirements: Selection on merit. Initial contract for 12 months extendable by one year subject to satisfactory performance and project needs. Applications must include CV and attested copies of CNIC, domicile, relevant degree/certificates, experience certificates and two passport-size photographs. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA payable. Government servants apply through proper channel. The posts are purely contract-based for the stipulated period; appointments may be withheld if no suitable candidate is found. Candidates must write the post title on the top right corner of the envelope.
