Eligibility and submission highlights:
- Bidders must have an active NTN certificate. Entities blacklisted or with outstanding defaults are not eligible.
- Earnest Money / Bid Security must be submitted in original as specified in the bidding documents. The advertisement directs bidders to submit Earnest Money in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of 'NHA Road Maintenance Account 1230-1' (details in RFP). Public sector entities may provide an original bank guarantee from a scheduled bank as permitted.
