Head Credit Policy (SVP-I / SVP)	01	Minimum 10 years relevant experience (preference for agriculture/credit experience)	Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized institute/university (national/international)	Formulate, review and update Bank's credit policy and credit manuals; ensure robust risk management frameworks. Develop accessible agricultural credit policies and delivery mechanisms to serve farming communities. Manage annual account closing, provisioning, and compliance with regulatory statements and budgets. Monitor and evaluate performance of credit schemes and products; coordinate internal & external audit responses. Liaise with stakeholders including Federal/Provincial Governments, SBP and other public/private organizations.
Credit Operation (VP-I / VP)	01	Minimum 10 years relevant experience (preference for agriculture/credit experience)	Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized institute/university (national/international)	Prepare, implement and monitor Bank’s annual credit plan focused on demand, regional performance and portfolio quality. Analyze, monitor and manage retail, small farmer, priority sectors and poverty alleviation portfolios. Oversee registration/approval of tractor manufacturers, suppliers and models; manage field operations and disbursement support. Implement agricultural lending policies issued by Boards/Government/SBP; handle customer complaints and borrower relations. Monitor recovery, NPLs and collection management; prepare liquidity/markup subsidy claims and coordinate with State Bank where required.
