Key Conditions:
- Bids will be opened on 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 30(1) in presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Procurement through electronic means (EPADS) under Rule 12 of PPRA and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Tender documents, terms and conditions, specifications and BOQs are available on the Punjab e-Procurement / EPADS portal.
- Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Revenue).
- Bid security (2% of the estimated cost) in shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee and performance guarantee (5% of contract value) as per PPRA Rules are required.
- Bid validity: 180 days.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
