Pre-Qualification Notice for Procurement of Catering Services for PERA (Lahore)

Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) invites pre-qualification submissions from reputable catering service providers and contractors for one-year catering services contract. Applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement & Disposal System (e-PADS) and submit applications only through ePADS. Pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process and contract(s) will be awarded in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Important notes:

• Only applicants registered on e-PADS are eligible; applications submitted by any other means will be rejected.
• Pre-qualification submissions will be opened in the presence of applicant representatives who choose to attend; the date/time above shall be treated as closing time.
• Successful pre-qualified applicants will be invited to participate in the procurement (commercial bidding) stage.
• PERA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
