Ministry of Finance (Finance Division), Government of Pakistan, invites proposals for the engagement of an Independent Verification Agency (IVA) under the "Accelerating State Owned Enterprises (SOE) Transformation Program". The IVA will independently verify Disbursement-Linked Indicator (DLI) achievement, assess Program Action Plan (PAP) implementation, validate non-DLI results framework indicators, and confirm baseline data across six DLIs covering 39 commercial SOEs and the National Highway Authority (NHA).
