Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). SECP invites applications for one Islamabad-based senior position in the Mergers & Restructuring Department on an open-merit basis.

| Qualification | Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Accounting/Finance or Law from an HEC-recognized reputed university/institute; or qualified CA/CMA/ACCA. |
| Post-qualification Experience | At least 15 years of demonstrable post-qualification experience in corporate finance/corporate and financial restructuring with preferably 3 years hands-on experience of managing financial/legal transactions of mergers, amalgamations & other schemes of arrangement under company law. Candidates with CA Articleship will be considered as part of the required experience. |
| Nature of Employment | Contractual appointment for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. The Commission may consider regularization after completion of the contract subject to prescribed criteria. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age not to exceed 50 years as of the closing date of submission of the application. |
