Issuer: National Highway Authority (Finance Wing - Revenue Directorate), Government of Pakistan. Open auction for Operation, Maintenance & Management (OM&M) contracts of toll plazas on national highways and collection of toll on guaranteed monthly revenue plus applicable taxes for the period ending 30-06-2027.
Auction & participation highlights:
- Interested bidders must deposit Earnest Money (Pay Order/Bank Draft) in favour of "NHA Road Maintenance Account" as specified for each toll plaza.
- Non-refundable fee / token: Rs. 20,000 per Toll Plaza (Pay Order/Demand Draft).
- Auction venue: NHA Headquarters Auditorium, Islamabad. Prospective bidders must register and produce required documents/credentials and bid security before taking part in the auction.
