• Nomination forms obtainable from the office of the Society / Authorized Election Officer during stated hours.
• Nomination forms must be submitted personally in a sealed envelope to the Society / Authorized Election Officer.
• Processing / nomination fee: Rs. 500 (as per Cooperative Societies Rules).
• Attach a copy of CNIC with the nomination form.
• Incomplete forms or forms submitted without the Official Seal will be rejected; nomination forms without Official Seal will not be accepted.
• No proxy will be allowed for exercising the right to vote.
