The Hydrology & Research Directorate (O&M of Telemetric & Hydromet Network), Member (Water) WAPDA, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of telemetry stations and stream gauging stations for the Attabad Lake Hydro Power Project. Procurement will be conducted through Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) using a Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
