Ministry of Finance (Finance Division), Government of Pakistan, invites proposals from qualified firms/organizations/institutions (individual or consortium) for engagement as an Independent Verification Agency (IVA) under the “Accelerating State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Transformation Program” (a Results-Based Lending operation supported by the Asian Development Bank) for the program period mid-2026 to mid-2031.
