CDA Tender: Renovation, Repair and Landscaping Works at Parliament House Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (Maintenance Division - Civil), Parliament House Islamabad invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/code for FY 2025-26) for multiple renovation, repair and landscaping works at Parliament House and related office areas in Islamabad. Procurement will follow single-stage single-envelope procedure.

Works include a series of separate packages for renovation/up-gradation of chambers and offices, repair works, transport/store/kitchen repairs and landscaping of lawns in front of offices and chambers at Parliament House/associated blocks in Islamabad. Each work is a separate bid package with its own bid security and tender document.

• Only firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/code for 2025-26 are eligible.
• Bids must be submitted in single-stage single-envelope format as per the bidding documents.
• Each bid must be accompanied by the required earnest money/bid security as specified in the individual tender package.
