SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids – Supply of Transmission Line Materials (Sukkur)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites e-bids on a single-stage, one-envelope FCS basis from potential approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers for supply of materials for transmission lines under SEPCO's own resources. Interested bidders must register and submit bids on E-PADS v2.0 (PPRA portal).

Key procurement conditions: bids must be accompanied by a bid security (CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order) valid for 120 days in favour of Chief Engineer (Dev.), PMU SEPCO Sukkur. Bid validity: 90 days from date of opening. Bidders must upload bids on E-PADS; a hard copy with original bid security (where required) must be submitted to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO, Room 201, 2nd Floor, Ali Sehra Building, Miran Road, near Session Court, Sukkur before the E-BID submission deadline. Copy of bid security may also be uploaded on E-PADS. Bidders blacklisted or debarred will not be considered. Quotes must comply with WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC Specifications and applicable IEC standards.

SEPCO reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities up to 15% during the contract. Procurement will be governed by GCC, Procurement Manual and PPRA Rules. For registration, procuring documents, and bid submission use E-PADS v2.0 on the PPRA website.
