WASA Narowal E-PAD Tender: Supply & Installation of 350 kVA and 250 kVA Diesel Generators

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Narowal. E-PAD Tender Notice (Single Stage Single Envelope) inviting bids from firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on Punjab ePADS for financial year 2026-27.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Bids to be submitted online through Punjab ePADS (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx).
• Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost to be uploaded on ePADS in the form of CDR. Original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Managing Director (WASA) Narowal at least 30 minutes before bid opening; failure to submit original CDR may lead to disqualification.
• Bidders/firms must be registered with PEC and on Punjab ePADS. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and blacklisting as per rules.
• Procurement agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
• If the lowest bidder is 5% or more below the estimated cost, the bidder must deposit the difference within 15 days; deposited amount will be returned on successful completion as per terms.
