SEPCO Invitation for E-Bids for Transmission Line Materials — Closing 2026-07-07

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). SEPCO invites e-bids on a single-stage, one-envelope FCS basis from approved/registered manufacturers and suppliers for supply of transmission line materials under SEPCO's own resources. Bidding is through national competitive bidding via the E-PADs v2.0 / PPRA e-procurement system.

Important procurement details:

• Procurement funded from SEPCO's own sources.
• Bids must be submitted online on E-PADs. Registered bidders are required to register on E-PADs and submit e-bids only; bids submitted otherwise will be treated as non-responsive.
• Bids shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.
• All bids must be accompanied by bid security from a scheduled bank in Pakistan (CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order) valid for 120 days from the date of opening, in favour of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur.
• Bid documents, terms & conditions, technical specifications and other details are available on E-PADs v2.0 and the PPRA website. For registration/training or E-PADs information contact PPRA (1st Floor, FBC Building, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad).
• Tenders will be opened on E-PADs in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
