Invitation to Bid: Procurement of Medical Equipment for Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute Rawalpindi

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC), Rawalpindi invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for procurement of medical equipment (un-quoted lot) for PKLI & RC Rawalpindi.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement and Disposal System (e-PADs). Hard copies of bids are not required.

- Bids shall be received and processed in accordance with PPRA 2014 and applicable Punjab procurement rules and regulations.

- A Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated amount must accompany all bids in the form acceptable to the procuring agency.

- Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening.

- PKLI&RC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per procurement rules. PKLI&RC will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation or submission of bids.
