CDA Invites e-Bids for Construction of Rescue 1122 Offices in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-2 or above for the construction of Rescue 1122 offices at G-11, I-14/2, I-9 and Model Town Hummak, Islamabad. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection under applicable public procurement rules.

Bidders must submit e-bids and obtain bidding documents via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) and register on EPADS to participate. Bids must include the required bid security.
