Eligibility

Bidders must be registered at the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB. Must be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, have completed 2 assignments of similar nature, have a turnover of at least 89,061,571 PKR in the last 3 years, and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 and above (Upto 200 million) with Specialized Code CE11(I).
