REDAMCO Tender: Sealed Bids for Leasing 48 Constructed Shops at Kharkhano Market, Peshawar – Bid Deadline 2026-06-30

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways.

Purpose: Invitation of sealed single-stage, one-envelope bids for leasing constructed shops developed by REDAMCO on PR land at Kharkhano Market, Peshawar. Leases are offered on a one-time non-refundable premium and advance annual rent basis for a period of 21 years (extendable for another 21 years). Annual escalation: 8% compound in annual rent.

Bid submission and opening:

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-30, 03:00 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station.
- Bid opening: 2026-07-01, 03:30 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station (in presence of bidders or authorized representatives).

How to obtain bid documents: Bid documents and terms & conditions for each shop can be obtained during working hours from REDAMCO offices (Corporate Office Islamabad and DS Office Peshawar Cantt). Separate bid security in the shape of CDR/PO for each shop must be attached with the bid. Bid documents/fees and payment mode are prescribed in the bid documents.

Important notes: Successful bidder must deposit the offered premium and fixed annual rent within prescribed time after issuance of acceptance letter; failure to do so may lead to forfeiture of bid security. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject bids or cancel the bidding process.
