Invitation to Bid: Hiring of Buses / Transport Fleet for Student Pick & Drop — Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur

Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur (Directorate of Finance) invites sealed bids from reputable/established firms/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for hiring buses/transport fleet on an individual route basis for student pick & drop.

Eligibility & Minimum Requirements

• Active registration with Income Tax & Sales Tax authorities (must be active filers).
• Minimum five (05) years business/service experience in the relevant field.
• Turnover of at least PKR 3.00 million for each route (or proportionate turnover for multiple routes) in any year during the last three years.
• Affidavit that the person/contractor/firm is not blacklisted.
• Affidavit that the bidder is not engaged in litigation with any executing agency.

Tender Documents & Submission

Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA and SALU websites or obtained from the Store & Purchase Officer on firm letterhead during office hours from the date of publication until closing. The tender document fee (PKR 3,000) must be submitted by PO/DD/Bank Guarantee in favour of Shah Abdul Latif University. If the document is downloaded, the original tender fee must reach the office before bid opening.

The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel the bidding process in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (as amended).
