SNGPL Public Notice: Caution to Buyers of Properties of Gas-Dues Defaulters

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) warns the public that certain industrial, commercial and CNG station owners who are defaulters on gas dues may be demolishing or selling their premises/sites without clearing outstanding amounts due to SNGPL. SNGPL has initiated legal proceedings for recovery under the Gas (Theft Control and Recovery) Act, 2016. Remedies under law include attachment and auction of the defaulters' property through the Court.

Buyers and prospective partners are cautioned to obtain a clearance of dues from SNGPL's Recovery Department before purchasing or entering into any partnership or transaction involving such premises. SNGPL will not be responsible for any loss arising from transactions made without such clearance.
