SEPCO Tender: Sale of Old/Scrap Materials and Condemned Vehicles (Tenders 1384–1391/2026)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). Sealed / electronic bids are invited for the sale of old/scrap/unsaleable material and off-road / condemned vehicles on an item or lot wise basis. Eligible bidders include tax-registered general public and companies. Tendering and bid submission will be handled through EPADS v2.0 (e-Bidding).

Scope: Multiple lots comprising scrap materials (for example: ACSR conductors, LT/HT aluminum, meter scrap, transformer scrap and parts, PVC scrap, damaged mobile phones, wood scrap, iron scrap, HT/LT structures) and condemned/off-road vehicles held at SEPCO regional stores (notably Rohri and Larkana).

Key dates and procedure:

• Last date & time for submission of tenders (online via EPADS v2.0): 2026-06-29 at 10:30 hrs.
• Opening of tenders: 2026-06-29 starting at 11:15 hrs and continuing lot-wise thereafter.
• Documents, terms & conditions, detailed lot descriptions, bid security requirements and e-tendering instructions are available on EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted; bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate.

Inspection and deposits:

• Scrap / condemned vehicles and materials can be inspected at the specified regional stores during working hours.
• Each lot requires the stated bid security / earnest money as per the tender documents (see EPADS for exact amounts per lot).
