Tender: Conservation & Restoration of Gurdwara Sri Panja Sahib and Improvement of Surroundings – Hassan Abdal (Attock)

Issuer: Walled City of Lahore Authority (Director Conservation & Planning). Purpose: E-Tender for conservation, restoration and improvement works for Gurdwara Sri Panja Sahib and its surroundings in Hassan Abdal, District Attock.

Eligibility & Qualification: Firms/contractors registered/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (C-4 & above) are eligible. Bidders must follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Open Competitive Bidding; evaluation by least cost method.

Submission & Bid Security: Procurement via E-Procurement (EPADS). Bidders must upload the e-bid (PDF) on EPADS and the bidding document on E-PADS and PPRA website. The bid document/proposal must be uploaded on E-PADS on or before 2026-06-29 by 02:00 PM. Scanned copy of earnest money must be uploaded; original CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee (2% of estimated cost) in favor of Director General, WCLA Lahore, along with the bidder's letterhead, must be submitted to the procuring agency on or before the closing time; bids unaccompanied by scanned earnest money will not be accepted.

Bid Opening: Technical bids will be opened on 2026-06-29 at 02:30 PM in the committee room of Walled City of Lahore Authority in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
