E-Tender: Hybrid Off-Grid Solarization for Courts & Allied Offices — District & Sessions Judge Jhelum

District & Sessions Judge Jhelum invites e-tenders from eligible engineering firms/contractors for Hybrid Solarization (Off-Grid) for Courts and Allied Offices on item-rate basis through the PPRA e-Tendering System (EPADS).

Key requirements: contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/codes) and with the Punjab Revenue Authority, FBR (Income Tax) and Sales Tax. Firms must upload a scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security and comply with PPRA rules. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee (10% as stated). Tender documents and e-bidding through the Punjab e-Procurement / e-Tendering website (EPADS / www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Original documents and bid security must be presented/submitted as required at the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Jhelum.
