COMSATS University Islamabad — Notice to Resume Duty for Absent Faculty & Staff

Issuer: Prof. Dr. Sohail Asghar, In-Charge Campus, COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Islamabad Campus.

Purpose: A formal notice directing multiple faculty members and staff of CUI Islamabad Campus who have been absent from duty without satisfactory response to previously issued communications to immediately resume duty. The notice covers posts including Office Assistant (Services Section), Tenured Associate Professor (Department of Computer Science), Research Associate (Department of Chemistry), Lecturers (Computer Science and Computer Engineering) and other employees whose leave had expired and who were earlier issued notices to resume.

Required action: The named individuals are directed to report for duty and/or explain their absence in writing within fifteen (15) days of publication of the notice. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action under the CUI Employees Conduct, Disciplinary & Other Rules, 2006, including major penalties up to removal/dismissal from service.
