The District Auction Committee, District Upper Chitral, invites applications from registered Minor Mineral contractors for auction of minor minerals blocks in District Upper Chitral for a period of one year under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Minerals Act, 2017.
Auction date & time: 2026-07-07 at 11:00 AM. If the auction does not take place for any reason, a fallback date is 2026-07-08 at 11:00 AM.

- Only persons/firms registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as Minor Minerals Contractors may participate.
- Registered parties/individuals must submit an application form along with non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 10,000. Applications must be submitted by 2026-07-02 (see below for deadline time).
- Required call deposit / earnest money amounts for each lot are listed in the table above and must be provided as instructed in the notice.
- Detailed terms and conditions (eligibility, documentation, deposit/payment instructions, and other regulatory requirements) must be followed as per the District Auction Committee and Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- For any clarification, applicants may contact the Assistant Director, Mineral Development Chitral (Licensing Authority) during office hours.
