National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from institutes/academies/official partners to deliver a Free High-Tech IT training programme with international certifications under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMSYDP) Batch-III.

Eligibility & key conditions:
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes / software houses preferred.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Principal / Vendor partner arrangements (academies/institutes) acceptable; only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
