Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute Lahore — FCPS-II & Fellowship Admissions (Session July 2026)

Shaikh Zayed Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for FCPS-II training and select FCPS fellowship (second fellowship) programs for the Session July 2026. Applications, required documents and fees must be submitted as listed by the institute. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

FCPS Second Fellowship Training

Eligibility

- MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by PM&DC/PMC.
- Completed one year house job from a recognized institute.
- Permanent valid PM&DC/PMC registration certificate.
- Passed FCPS Part-I in the relevant subject/specialty as per CPSP policy.
- For second fellowship programs, candidates must possess the First Fellowship (FCPS) as per CPSP subject policy.

Required Documents (select items listed by institute)

Applicants must submit an institutional application form and processing fee slip, passport-size photographs, CNIC, copies of MBBS/FCPS and detailed mark sheets, PM&DC/PMC registration, domicile, experience/job certificates where applicable, and other certificates as required (e.g., BLS/ALS/ACLS/PALS/ATLS where applicable). All documents must be submitted in the exact sequence requested by the institute.

Fee & Application Method

Application processing fee: Rs. 2,000 per specialty. Application form can be downloaded from the institute website and must be submitted with required documents and fee as per institute instructions. Candidates serving in government departments should apply through proper channel and provide NOC where applicable.
