Tender: Hybrid Solarization of Lahore Courts — District & Sessions Judge (Bid Closing 2026-06-17)

Issuer: District & Sessions Judge, Lahore. Invitation to bid under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended) for solarization of court buildings and allied offices. Well-reputed and financially sound firms/contractors/companies enlisted with PEC (Category C-3 or above; relevant PEC codes for civil and solar works as applicable) are invited to submit electronic bids.

Key instructions:

- Submission method: Electronic bids to be submitted on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). Bidders must upload required documents on e-PADS and may obtain further information from the Accounts Branch of this Office.

- Deadline: Bids must be submitted on e-PADS before closing on 2026-06-17. Electronic submission cutoff is 17.06.2026 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

- Bid security: 5% of estimated cost in the shape of CDR / Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of District & Sessions Judge, Lahore. Original bid security must be submitted by the scheduled banking hour on or before the bid submission deadline.

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Rates should be inclusive of Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax on services and shall remain valid until 2026-09-30.

- Performance guarantee: Successful bidder(s) will be required to submit a performance guarantee as specified in the bidding documents.
