  • Matric certificate with marks sheet
  • F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) certificate with marks sheet
  • National Identity Card (CNIC) / valid ID
  • Domicile and PRC / certificate of any district of Sindh
  • One passport size recent photograph
  • Original paid bank deposit slip (STS + college fee)
Submission MethodAfter online application and fee deposit, send the duly filled application form along with attested documents and original paid deposit slip by courier to the STS address printed on the application form. Only documents received via courier will be accepted.
Important Notes
  • Test date, time and venue will be intimated later via SMS and STS website.
  • Admit cards/roll numbers downloadable from STS website.
  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Misleading information will lead to rejection/cancellation.
  • Admission confirmed only after verification of original documents; any falsification will lead to cancellation.
  • TA/DA not admissible for test. Stipends (if any) awarded on punctuality/academic performance basis.
