PAF-JPMC Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Radiation Oncology Equipment & Consumables (Karachi)

Patients' Aid Foundation (PAF) — Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Karachi, invites sealed tenders for supply, installation and commissioning of equipment and consumables for Radiation Oncology (Cyberknife & Tomotherapy) at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Tender documents may be obtained from the Chairman Technical Committee, Radiation Oncology (Cyberknife & Tomotherapy), PAF-JPMC, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi. Payment must be made by pay order / demand draft in favor of Patients' Aid Foundation.

- Bidders must submit a written application to obtain tender documents and provide copies of CNIC, NTN and GST certificate.

- Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be used. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. Technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals of technically compliant bidders will be opened subsequently.

- Original bid security / earnest money of 2% of the total quoted amount (pay order / demand draft in favor of Patients' Aid Foundation) must be attached with the financial proposal. A photocopy of the bid security should be included with the technical proposal.

- Tender submission deadline: 2016-07-30 (submissions to be received by 05:00 PM). Technical proposals will be opened on 2016-07-31 at 11:30 AM at the Radiation Oncology office.
