Issuer: Dandot Cement Company Limited. Purpose: Voting by postal ballot on special resolutions at the Company meeting scheduled for 2026-06-24 at the Company’s office. Shareholders are requested to cast their votes by postal ballot in respect of the special resolutions listed below.
