REDAMCO Invitation for Sealed Bids – Lease of 48 Constructed Shops at Kharkhano Market, Peshawar

Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (PVT) Ltd. (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a single-stage, one-envelope procedure for leasing constructed shops at Kharkhano Market (Hayatabad), Peshawar on PR land. Leases are offered on payment of a one-time non-refundable premium and advance annual rent for a period of 21 years (extendable for another 21 years) as per the terms and conditions below.

Submission & Opening: Bid submission deadline: 30-06-2026 by 03:00 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station. Bids will be opened on 30-06-2026 at 03:00 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

How to obtain documents & fees: Bid documents and terms can be obtained during working hours from REDAMCO Corporate Office, Islamabad or the DS Office Peshawar Cantt. Bid document fee: Rs. 1,000 per shop (in the form specified in the bid documents).

Key Terms & Payment: Bid security must be submitted in the prescribed form (CDR/Pay Order). The successful bidder (lessee/tenant) will be required to deposit 100% of the offered one-time premium along with the advance annual rent within fifteen (15) working days from issuance of acceptance letter, failing which the offer shall be cancelled and security forfeited. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process without incurring liability.
