How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents can be collected from Sami Foundation (SF) Head Office near Eye Hospital, Akber-e-Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh between 09:00 and 15:00, Monday to Friday. Tender pack can also be downloaded from the website: www.samifoundation.org.pk.
Submission & opening: Sealed tenders should reach Sami Foundation Head Office (Near Eye Hospital, Akber-e-Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh) on or before 11:30 AM on 2026-07-06 and must be clearly marked with the relevant "TENDER for Lot No." Tenders will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-06 in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. If a government-declared public holiday falls on the date, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
Key terms:
- Rates for Lots 1–4 must be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, loading/unloading, delivery, packing and all allied costs.
- Successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value in the form of CDR/Pay Order.
- Purchase orders will be issued subject to Government/PDMA declaring NausheroFeroz as a flood-affected area or according to procurement timelines.
- Bidders may apply for single or multiple lots. Sami Foundation reserves the right to split orders lot-wise/item-wise.
- Tender committee reserves the right to change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning reasons.
- Fraudulent, collusive or corrupt practices (including bidding under multiple names/companies) will lead to rejection and possible blacklisting.
- Lowest price will not be the sole criterion; quality, delivery time and previous experience will also be evaluated.
