Tender: Conversion & Uplifting of Office Space into Executive Meeting Room — GPI Quetta

Project Director (PD), Green Pakistan Initiative (GPI) Agro-Markets Development in 20 Districts invites sealed bids for conversion and uplifting of existing office space into an executive meeting room for Green Pakistan Initiative, Quetta. Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.

Eligibility & requirements: Presence on Active Taxpayers List; bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency; registration with relevant authorities (Balochistan Revenue Authority registration noted). Bidders must meet experience, completion and financial capacity requirements and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration category as specified in the bidding documents (document references include PEC code CE010 for General Civil Engineering Works).

Procedure & submission: Single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified (2%). Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned against payment of the tender fee during office hours from the date of publication of the NIT until the last submission date.
