Town Committee Shahdadpur invites sealed bids and public auction for the lease of market shops/stalls for the year 2026–27. Applications will be received from 2026-06-22 to 2026-06-23; the public auction will be held on 2026-06-29 at 11:00 AM at the Town Committee office.
Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC and deposit 10% earnest money for the lot they intend to bid on. Rules and terms of the auction (including deposit and award conditions) will be enforced as per the committee's procedure. The Town Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
