Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP) invites applications for the post of Registrar. PCATP is a regulatory body responsible for professional licensing, registration and standards in architecture and town planning. This is an equal opportunity appointment on a contract/extendable basis with market-based salary (negotiable based on qualification and experience).

Eligibility / Qualifications	Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Management, Law & Policy; or a relevant professional degree (Bachelor of Architecture or four-year Bachelor in City/Urban & Regional Planning) recognized by HEC. Must be a registered PCATP member. Minimum 15 years' administrative/management experience in government, semi-government or private sector. Higher qualifications and recognized foreign/local management training preferred. Experience in legal processes and procedures is an advantage. Maximum age: 55 years on closing date of application.
Duties & Responsibilities (summary)	Manage registration, licensing and related records for individuals, businesses and institutions; issue, renew, suspend or revoke registrations and licenses as per law. Ensure compliance with statutory rules, regulations and standards; maintain accurate records related to registrations, licenses and enforcement actions. Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures; ensure transparency and data integrity in registry operations. Coordinate with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, government bodies and the public; document enforcement actions and prepare reports for governing bodies. Oversee internal operations, budgets, procurements and resources relevant to the registrar's functions.
