SEPCO Tender: Sale of Old/Scrap Material and Condemned Vehicles (Regional Stores Rohri & Larkana)

SEPCO invites sealed and electronic bids for the sale on an "as is where is" basis of old/scrap/disposable/unserviceable material and off-road/condemned vehicles parked at SEPCO Regional Stores Rohri and Larkana. Bids are invited from tax-registered General Public, firms, and companies.

How to obtain documents and submit bids:

• Download / obtain detailed bidding documents and terms & conditions through EPADS v2.0 (e-procurement portal) on or before the specified submission deadlines for each tender lot.
• Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. Physical bid security (Demand Draft / Pay Order) must be provided as per tender schedule.
• Bid opening will be conducted online via EPADS on the scheduled date/time for each tender lot.

• Tenders are on an "as is where is" basis; successful bidders must clear materials/vehicles within the time specified in the tender and produce required documents for transfer/collection.
• SEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per its policies and the e-bidding procedure.
