MES Tender: Emergency Works for Facilities at PAF Bases – Closing 2026-07-07

Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004 for emergency works to provide various facilities at PAF bases. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who meet the specified eligibility and experience requirements. Tenders must be received by the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-07-07 and will be opened at 12:00 Hrs the same day.

Key eligibility & conditions: Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials; tender documents will be issued only to firms with relevant experience and meeting special conditions. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation in any Court of Law and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors on the approved MES list in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience are eligible to apply. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
