The Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing) invites online tenders through the EPAD e-procurement system on a Single-Stage Two-Envelope basis (PPRA-38(2)(a)) from PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors with valid PEC licence, active NTN/PNTN and registration on EPADS. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial proposals electronically on EPADS as per advertised tender documents. Bid security in the shape of Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Call Deposit Receipt for the required amount must accompany bids where specified. Late or manual bids will not be accepted. Tender documents, detailed conditions and submission are available on EPADS.
