MEPCO Tender SRA-02/26 – Transportation, Handling & Erection of HT/LT Spun Poles in Multan (Closing 2026-06-25)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) – Executive Engineer (OP), Shah Rukn-e-Alam Division, Multan. Sealed tenders are invited from PEC-registered contractors (Class A, B, C & D) renewed for 2026-27 with field specialization EE-04 and EE-05. Prequalified/enlisted firms of WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/MEPCO may apply.

Key submission details:

- Tender collection: Office of Executive Engineer (OP) MEPCO Division S.R. Alam on payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM (tenders will not be sold on opening date).

- Earnest money: 3% of tender amount as Call Deposit from scheduled banks in Pakistan (foreign bank guarantees must be counter-guaranteed by scheduled Pakistani bank).

- Additional performance/security: 5% security to be submitted (details and timeline as per tender terms; non-submission may lead to cancellation/forfeiture).

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-25 up to 02:00 PM. Opening: same date at 02:30 PM in presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

- Other eligibility & conditions: Minimum three (03) completed contracts of similar nature in last five years with certificates; bidders should demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to at least 40% of contract value (bank statements for last year); income tax returns for last 2 years; PRC registration. Electronic bids not permitted. All proceedings per PP Rules. MEPCO reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part.
