Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Recruitment Programme 2026 – 68 Vacancies (Male Only)

Issuer: Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), Muslim Jinnah Courts Building, Dr Zia ud Din Ahmed Road, Karachi.

Overview: Recruitment for multiple Sepoy trades on merit basis under Pakistan Rangers Recruitment Rules 1968. Online registration opens and closes as below. Physical recruitment and tests to be held in Karachi.

Key Dates & Application: Online registration at https://join.pakistanrangerssindh.gov.pk will remain open from 2026-06-05 to 2026-06-19. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by SMS and must bring the online registration slip. Recruitment activities at Training Centre & School Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), near Toll Plaza Super Highway, Karachi on 2026-06-22 and 2026-06-23.

Total Vacancies: 68

Provincial / Regional Quota: Open Merit, Punjab (including ICT Islamabad), Sindh (Rural), Sindh (Urban), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Newly merged districts of KP (ex-FATA), AJK, Gilgit Baltistan with specified percentage allocations; small quotas reserved for minorities (5%).

Eligibility & Age: Male Pakistani citizens. Age between 18 and 30 years as on 2026-05-31 (including 5 years government relaxation where applicable).

Physical Standards: Height minimum 5'6" (preference for taller candidates). Chest not less than 33" with expansion of 1.5". Minimum weight approx. 55 kg (121 lbs). Final medical examinations will be conducted for selected candidates at Sindh Rangers Hospital Karachi.

Documents Required at Physical Recruitment: Original education certificates, degrees with photocopies; School Leaving Certificate for 8th class verified by concerned District Education Officer (where applicable); NADRA CNIC; original domicile / permanent resident certificate (PRC); four passport-size photographs; candidates in government service to provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) signed by Head of Department at time of initial registration.

Selection Process: Physical test, written test, psychological tests/interviews (as applicable), final merit selection at Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Sindh), and final medical examination. No written/physical test will be held for NCsE category other than specified tests; candidates must bring joggers/PT shoes for tests.

Ineligibility: Persons dismissed/removed from government service, convicted by court, medically unfit, previously declared unfit by Pakistan Rangers or other government departments, those with forged documents, or current servicemen without proper discharge/NOC are ineligible.

Pay & Accommodation: Pay scales as per BPS listed above. Free accommodation and house rent allowance for married personnel at specified rates; TA/DA not admissible for recruitment process.

Important Notes: Final authority for selection is Director General Pakistan Rangers (Sindh). Fraud, plagiarism or illegal conduct during the screening/test will result in immediate exclusion. Shortlisted candidates will be notified by SMS from sender "SINDHRANGER".
