Auction: Cricket Arena, Zeeshan Colony — Municipal Committee Kamalia (Bid Date 2026-06-24)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Kamalia. The Municipal Committee will auction its constructed Cricket Arena located at Zeeshan Colony, Kamalia on Wednesday, 2026-06-24 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Administrator, Municipal Committee Kamalia. The auction will be supervised by the Auction Committee of Municipal Committee Kamalia under the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016 for the financial year 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30.

Participation requirements and submission instructions:

• Bidders must submit copies of CNIC and lease/license registration.
• Security must be submitted in the shape of a CDR (non-adjustable) issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Municipal Committee Kamalia before auction time. The CDR of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after the auction.
• Only registered and licensed contractors (in person) will be eligible to participate; authority letters will not be accepted.
• Further conditions and eligibility rules follow Government of the Punjab instructions and Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016; only eligible registered contractors for 2026-2027 may participate.
• Remaining conditions can be viewed in the office of the Municipal Officer (Finance), Kamalia during office hours. The Auction Committee reserves the right to amend any condition on the spot.
