Issuer: Punjab MassTransit Authority (PMA). PMA invites prequalification applications from experienced Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for the procurement and supply of nine-meter (9m) pure electric city buses and associated equipment for induction into the Lahore Division fleet.

Key requirements: Applicants must be experienced OEMs or authorized representatives. Responsibilities include meeting service performance obligations, providing maintenance supervision, driver and maintenance training programs, vehicle servicing including all support services, registration and licensing assistance, and supply of spare parts and support services as detailed in the Prequalification Document.
Submission procedure: Prequalification applications must be submitted electronically through the PPRA/eProcurement portals (EPADS). Interested firms must register and submit their prequalification information on the PPRA portal and EPADS as specified in the Prequalification Document. Applications submitted manually will be disqualified.
