The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed proposals from well-reputed and experienced architectural and engineering consulting firms for the design and construction supervision of the CPSP Regional Centre in Dera Ismail Khan. Firms with specialized expertise in office or educational buildings are encouraged to apply.
Terms of Reference (TOR) & Fee: TORs can be purchased from CPSP HQ Karachi, CPSP Regional Centre Islamabad, or CPSP Regional Centre Abbottabad on written request. Fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan".

1. Company profile (name, permanent address, phone, e-mail, fax). 2. Legal status (Partnership Deed / Articles of Association) and valid Power of Attorney. 3. Track record: list of similar projects (including cost, location, completion time). 4. Client performance/completion certificates. 5. Current workload: list of similar works in hand. 6. Financial stability: audited balance sheets for last three years and bank credit-line certificate. 7. Tax compliance: proof of FBR registration, valid NTN and up-to-date income tax clearance. 8. Professional licensing: valid registration with PEC or PCATP as a consultant. 9. Non-blacklisting affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation or blacklist status. |
