Government of Sindh – REOI for Consultancy Services (Planning & Development Department)

Issuer: Planning & Development Department, Government of Sindh. Invitation: Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for engagement of qualified consulting firms/consultants to provide consultancy services as per the Terms of Reference (TOR).

Who may apply: Consulting firms and individual consultants with relevant qualifications and experience as specified in the TORs.

Application requirements: Interested firms/consultants should submit CVs/resumes and company profiles in accordance with the TOR. Detailed eligibility criteria, scopes of work and submission instructions are provided in the TOR.

How to obtain TOR and submit: Download TOR and submit proposals through the Sindh e-Procurement system (www.sindh.eprocure.gov.pk). Further information is available on the project/department website (www.rtw.sindh.gov.pk). Registration on the e-procurement portal is required.

Procurement rules and procedure: Procurement will follow SPPRA rules. Shortlisted firms will be invited to the next stage in accordance with the applicable procurement regulations.
