Issuer: Punjab Transport Company (Government of the Punjab). Inviting prequalification applications from experienced, reputable firms/original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for manufacture, supply and support services for induction of eco-friendly electric buses in Lahore Division, Punjab, Pakistan.
Submission method & deadline: Prequalification Applications must be submitted electronically via the PPRA Portal / EPADS web link https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Submission deadline: 1100 HOURS (PST) on 2026-07-09. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 1130 HOURS (PST). Manually submitted applications will be disqualified.

| (i) | Manufacture and supply of pure electric buses comprising nine (09) metre and twelve (12) metre urban/city buses (total up to seventy (70)), including associated slow and fast chargers, spare parts, set of tools and diagnostic equipment, and warranty as per the Prequalification Document. |
| (ii) | Full obligations related to service performance: maintenance supervision, driver training and maintenance programs, vehicle homologation including all support services, registration, licensing and related services for each bus as further detailed in the Prequalification Document. |
Prequalification documents, registration and submission procedures: Documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-procurement website and the Punjab Transport Company websites and via EPADS. Interested bidders are required to register their firms on the PPRA Portal (EPADS) before submission. For registration and guidance on EPADS contact PPRA/portal support as provided on the eprocurement site. The Procuring Agency will not accept manual submissions; any such application will be deemed disqualified.
