Public Auction Notice — Lease of Four Shops (District Council Hafizabad)

Office of the District Council, Hafizabad invites sealed bids by public auction for the lease (tenancy) of four council-owned shops. Leases will be awarded for a fixed term and bidders must submit required earnest money with their tenders.

- Submission & auction date: 2026-06-18 (bids received and opened at 12:30 PM)
- Venue: Office of the District Council, Hafizabad
- Lease term: 2026-07-01 to 2031-06-30 (five years)

Key Conditions

- Bidders must attach the indicated earnest money (PKR 50,000 per lot) in the prescribed form (pay order/bank draft) along with the sealed tender.
- The highest bidder(s) will be required to deposit a further security amount (10% of the accepted bid) as per auction terms.
- Subletting of the awarded premises is prohibited.
- Outstanding dues, taxes or liabilities (if any) related to the premises must be cleared by the successful bidder as required.
- The District Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel the auction without assigning any reason.
